It’s great to hear that you want to exhibit at one of our trade shows! To ensure your participation is a success everything must work well before, during and after the trade show. Our technical staff will take good care of you all the way. We work closely with the reputable Malmö Mäss-Service to build trade show content. Mäss-Service is a company that has worked on trade shows and exhibitions all over Sweden since 1994. They also have operations in Stockholm and Gothenburg. As an exhibitor you are very welcome to contact Mäss-Service for technical advice or to place orders.

Book early to save money!
Contact Mäss-Service well in advance of your event with us. The final date for booking is 20 days before your event. Please note that we charge an additional 25 percent for items and services if you order from them later than 20 working days before the moving-in date for the trade show. Get in touch early to save money! Changes or cancellations less than 10 working days before the opening date of the trade show will incur the full price.

Invoicing
All stand services are invoiced before the start of the trade show on payment terms of 10 days net. All prices stated in the catalogue are rental prices for the duration of the trade show and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. Mäss-Service accepts no liability for printing errors and may adjust prices without prior notice.
Food & drink
Mässrestauranger is a family business, owned and run by sisters Maria Stridh and Kerstin Johansson and their mother, Karin Johansson. What began as a self-service outlet at the old St. Eriksmässan trade show in 1962 has since developed into a group that runs restaurants, a banqueting business and conference facilities in well-known buildings in Sweden.
In 2012, Mässrestauranger made the move outside Stockholm and became a restaurateur to Malmömässan. We set up Mässrestauranger in Malmö, which operates two permanent restaurants at Malmömässan: Cloud and Forest. We also provide additional cafés there for events in the trade show halls and have a fantastic banqueting hall with plenty of capacity.
In addition we offer stand catering to exhibiting companies. This can range from supplying coffee and sandwiches to canapés and champagne straight to your stand. Because we operate on site we can help you quickly raise the standard on your stand and offer something special.

Alcohol rules for exhibitors
Mässrestauranger AB has a licence to sell alcohol to Malmömässan’s restaurants, halls and congress departments. For exhibitors, this means you must go through Mässrestauranger if you want to serve alcohol on your stand. Please note that it is not permitted to serve alcohol before 11.00.
