Certify your
event at Malmömässan
As of january 2023 you as an organizer can have your event certified by Malmömässan.
As of January 2023, you as an organizer can have your event certified by Malmömässan. Easyfair’s facilities in Sweden are now certified according to the Swedish Environmental Standard, which means that we can offer our organizers an environmental certificate for your events when you use our premises. Something that is unique for the industry to be able to offer its customers as a fair and event organizer.
Our project managers & environmental consultants guide you through the entire process from start to completed graduation. During 2023 Easyfairs supports the environmental work of our external organizers by deducting half the cost of the certification from the premises rent for events at Malmömässan.

Time for eurovision
Soon it’s time for the Eurovision Song Contest 2024, which this year is being held at Malmö Arena in Hyllie. Together with Malmömässan, it forms an unbeatable combination for TV recording, grand live shows, and backstage work with journalists and fans. During the festival, parts of the area will be affected by traffic arrangements and barriers. Please read below for all the information and preparations for your visit to Hyllie.

Visit Malmömässan
Malmömässan has an optimal location in Hyllie just outside the center of Malmö and it is easily accessible by train, car, or bus. You can reach the train station with a 3-minute walk from the facility and from there you can reach Kastrup in 12 minutes, Malmö city center in 3 minutes, and Copenhagen Central Station in 24 minutes. Malmömässan is directly adjacent to the Inner Ringroad.

At Malmömässan we have offer spaces for both large and small meetings. Our meeting rooms can be adapted to all types of gatherings and we also have the possibility to create environments as desired. Malmömässan is a modern facility with endless possibilities, but it is the people in the building that make us unique. With us, you will get a personal treatment and all employees are happy to share their knowledge and experience with you.
The facility has a capacity of over 3,000 people
for a congress and offers 17 meeting rooms.

Öredev Developer Conference is a returning tech conference at Malmomassan since 2018, hosting roughly 1000 delegates during three days. Öredev is the creative and innovative meeting point where developers meet to share the latest technology. A networkning opportunity where new collabroation and communities are establish.
Our event was very successful in September 2022 and I would like to thank Malmömässan’s teams for all their support. The venue is very well situated and connected, and the conference setup was perfect. From my perspective, the way Malmömassan managed the booking and the event days was exemplary and made our lives very easy. We will be back, hopefully in a couple of years.
Nordic Life Science days is the largest Nordic partnering conference dedicated to the life science industry. The event attracts more than 1000 delegates during three days and has been established at Malmomassan since 2017. The event has developed a community of people from the world of life science, and created a unique place to do business. Most attendees express their delight in the informal atmosphere, combined with an organised approach to meeting highly relevant people.
