Malmömässan offers two restaurants, which can be supplemented with constructed event spaces in the exhibition hall as needed.

The restaurants are operated by Malmö Mässrestauranger, which have extensive experience ranging from small intimate meetings to large banquets for up to 5000 guests. From snacks at your booth to afternoon coffee in your conference room. Whether it’s a conference lunch or a grand gala dinner, menus can always be tailored to the occasion and event. The goal of Malmö Trade Fair Restaurants is to enhance the overall experience for visitors to MalmöMässan by providing food and service experiences beyond the ordinary. They are Sweden’s first KRAV-certified restaurant company, which means they always prioritize the environment in their purchases. Conscious food choices are fundamental to their operation.

Restaurant Cloud

Cloud is a restaurant and banquet room that offers so many possibilities.This spectacular space on the first floor can seat up to 450 people, with a flexible layout that can serve as conference hall, banquet room, buffet dining space or restaurant with table service. The premises are suitable for large or small events and can be furnished to suit your taste. The conference halls are close by.

Restaurant Forest

Forest is situated next to the trade show hall. During trade shows, visitors can get morning and afternoon coffee in the café area, while lunch is served from the open kitchen. The food is stir-fried or grilled by our chefs in front of guests. The restaurant can also be booked and is ideal for celebration meals, conference lunches or other events.

Banquet in the trade show hall

If you have more than 450 guests we can set up fantastic banqueting rooms in our trade show hall. Using fabrics and lighting we can create an atmospheric and flexible dining space. Need a stage for performances, dance floors, bars or a lounge area? No problem, we configure the room to suit your event. In the trade show hall we can cater for up to 5,000 diners – always to the same high standards!

Pascal is a restaurant that offers both lunch and dinner with a wide menu that caters to all tastes. Before you sit down at the restaurant, you can take a stroll to the lounge and be fascinated by the impressive acrobatic exercises happening inside the LEAP Fly and Padel Center’s wind tunnel.

SUSTAINABLE AND DELICIOUS

Our restaurants always strive to offer top-quality meals while considering the environment and being mindful of our environmental impact.

To reduce our carbon footprint, we’ve chosen not to serve any red meat on our own restaurants, and we ask our suppliers to only purchase MSC-certified fish and seafood. Instead, we prioritize organic products as much as possible and offer entirely organic dishes, including at least one vegetarian option every day. We also actively work to minimize food waste by implementing portion control and reducing the use of disposable items at all serving occasions.
