Conference floor

The conference area on the second floor can be used together with the congress center or separately. It features five parallel conference rooms accommodating 10 to 550 people, making it suitable for a variety of events. With its own entrance, information desk, and restrooms, private events can take place without interruptions. The floor also houses our fantastic restaurant, Cloud, with seating for up to 450 guests. All conference rooms come equipped with the latest audio, visual, and data technology, included in the rental.

K3 + K2

486 M² | 550 particpants

K3+K2 accommodates 550 people in theater seating. The room’s layout is flexible and adapted for each event. Standard equipment included: microphones, ambient lighting, projector, screen, stage, hearing loop, and free Wi-Fi.

K3

K3 is the largest room on the conference floor, accommodating 320 people in fixed, tiered seating with writing tablets. K3 can be combined with the neighboring K2 to host a total of 550 people. Standard equipment such as a projector, screens, stage, seating setup, hearing loop, and microphones are included.

K1 accommodates up to 180 people in theater-style seating, but the layout can be adapted for each event. As an organizer, you can use the room for workshops, group work, classroom seating, or as an exhibition space. K4 is the smallest room on our conference floor, accommodating 20 people. The room features a large panoramic window with views over Hyllie. The layout is flexible and can be adapted to suit the needs of each event.

K5 is the second smallest room on our conference floor, accommodating 40 people. The room features a large panoramic window with views over Hyllie. The layout is flexible and can be adapted to suit the needs of each event.

Restaurant Cloud

600 M² | 450 particpants

Adjacent to the conference rooms on the conference floor is our fantastic restaurant, Cloud. Designed by White Architects, the restaurant features high ceilings and large panoramic windows, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere throughout.

Cloud can accommodate up to 450 guests and also has the option to include a stage, making it suitable for everything from small meetings to large banquet dinners.
