Welcome to our restaurants!

Malmömässan has two restaurants, which can be complemented with specially set-up event spaces in the exhibition hall if needed.

The restaurants are operated by Malmö Mässrestauranger, who have extensive experience catering for everything from small, intimate meetings to large banquets of up to 5,000 guests. From canapés served at your booth to afternoon coffee in your conference room, from conference lunches to grand gala dinners – menus can always be customized to suit the occasion and event.

Mässrestauranger’s goal is to enhance the overall experience for visitors at Malmömässan by providing exceptional food and service. They are Sweden’s first KRAV-certified restaurant company, meaning that environmental considerations are always central to their purchasing decisions. Conscious food choices are a fundamental part of their operations.

Cloud

Cloud is a restaurant and event space full of possibilities. Located one floor up, it is a spectacular venue with 450 seats, designed flexibly to function as a conference or banquet hall, buffet restaurant, or for table service. The space is suitable for both large and small events and can be adapted to your preferences and needs. Just next door is the exhibition’s conference area.

Forest

Forest is located adjacent to the exhibition hall. During fairs, visitors can purchase their morning coffee and afternoon snacks in the café area, while lunch is served from the open kitchen. Dishes are woked or grilled to order by our chefs right in front of the guests. The restaurant can also be reserved for private use and is ideal for banquet meals, conference lunches, or other events.

Dinner and banquets in the exhibition hall

If your group exceeds 450 people, we can set up spectacular banquet halls in our exhibition hall. Using fabrics and lighting, we create an atmospheric and flexible dining space. Need a stage for performances, a dance floor, bars, or a lounge area? No problem – we tailor the space to your event. In the exhibition hall, we can host dinners for up to 5,000 guests – always with the same high quality!

Edge Kitchen is your go-to spot for all meals of the day, from breakfast to dinner, with a menu offering meat, fish, and vegetarian options. By tailoring their menus to the season’s fresh ingredients, Edge Kitchen ensures that the flavors are always at their best with every visit.

Restaurant pascal

Pascal is a restaurant offering both lunch and dinner, with a wide menu to suit every taste. Before taking a seat at the restaurant, you can stop by the lounge and be amazed by the impressive acrobatic routines happening inside the wind tunnel at LEAP Fly and Padel Center.

Cicchetti

Cicchetti is a dream for pasta lovers, with a menu that delights during both lunch and dinner. As an authentic Italian restaurant specializing in small plates and pasta, they offer a variety of dishes that change daily, giving guests a flavorful and exciting experience every time they visit.

At Malmö Arena Hotel, you’ll find Nilsson Restaurant and Bar, offering both lunch and dinner with a focus on Nordic and classic dishes. Guests can enjoy a culinary experience featuring carefully selected ingredients and flavorful creations.

Sustainable & Tasty

Our restaurants always strive to offer first-class meals while being mindful of the environment and our ecological impact.

To reduce our climate footprint, we have chosen not to serve any red meat and ask our suppliers to source only MSC-certified fish and seafood. Whenever possible, we use organic products and offer fully organic dishes, with at least one vegetarian option available every day. We also actively work to reduce food waste by applying portion control and minimizing the use of disposable items in all service situations.
