Malmömässan’s Congress Center is the largest in Skåne, with a total capacity of over 3,000 conference seats and 17 meeting rooms. All rooms feature movable, soundproof walls, making the space incredibly flexible and easily adaptable to the needs of each event.
If a smaller exhibition area is desired, all walls can be opened; for a large plenary hall with several parallel rooms, the space can be adjusted accordingly. The largest hall accommodates 1,100 people. Should an even larger plenary space be needed, our Blackbox in the exhibition hall can be used, seating up to 3,000 people in theater style.
The large exhibition area of 10,000 m² adjacent to the congress center offers significant advantages for meetings with exhibitors, sponsors, or poster presentations.

In our Congress Center, Halls A and B are ideal for large groups of up to 1,100 people. Standard technical equipment is included and features headsets, projectors, screens, a stage, and lighting. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.
If a larger plenary setup is needed, we can create this in the hall’s Blackbox, accommodating up to 3,000 people in theater-style seating. You decide the size and layout of the space, which we drape with black fabrics and equip with carpeting, atmospheric lighting, and technical solutions tailored to your needs.

Hall A accommodates 450 people in the tiered seating and can be combined with the neighboring Hall B for a total capacity of up to 1,100 people. The tiered seating in Hall A is flexible and can be removed, allowing the furniture layout to be adapted for each individual event. Standard technical equipment is included, such as microphones, ambient lighting, projector, screen, stage, hearing loop, and free Wi-Fi.

Malmömässan’s congress centre is the largest in Skåne and can seat up to 3,000 delegates in a total of 17 meeting rooms. All the rooms have mobile, soundproof walls which makes the space incredibly flexible, as it can be configured to meet the needs of each individual event. If a smaller exhibition space is required all the walls can be opened up, but if a large auditorium and several large side rooms are required then the space can be reconfigured accordingly. The largest hall seats 1,100 people. If you need a larger auditorium you are welcome to use our black box in the trade show hall which can accommodate up to 3,000 people in cinema seating. The large 10,000-square-metre exhibition space next to the congress centre is ideal for meetings with exhibitors, sponsors or for displaying posters. All rooms in the congress centre are equipped with the latest audiovisual and data technology, which is included in the rental.
