Contact Mäss-Service well in advance of your event with us. The final date for booking is 20 days before your event. Please note that we charge an additional 25 percent for items and services if you order from them later than 20 working days before the moving-in date for the trade show. Get in touch early to save money! Changes or cancellations less than 10 working days before the opening date of the trade show will incur the full price.

All stand services are invoiced before the start of the trade show on payment terms of 10 days net. All prices stated in the catalogue are rental prices for the duration of the trade show and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. Mäss-Service accepts no liability for printing errors and may adjust prices without prior notice.

Mässrestauranger AB has a licence to sell alcohol to Malmömässan’s restaurants, halls and congress departments. For exhibitors, this means you must go through Mässrestauranger if you want to serve alcohol on your stand. Please note that it is not permitted to serve alcohol before 11.00.
