Practical tips for you as a visitor
Food & drinks
- Feel free to bring your own reusable mug and bottle to refill with water and coffee throughout the day. There is an option to purchase a reusable mug at Malmömässan if you forget your own.
- Please consider choosing the vegetarian option. We do not serve red meat at our facilities restaurants.
Digital benefits
- Show your booking confirmation digitally on your phone upon arrival at Malmömässan. You don’t need to print it out.
- Scan QR codes on-site for the current program – we don’t print exhibition programs. You can also find the entire program on the website.
- Utilize the benefits of your smart badge for information exchange and contact details. By holding your name badge against the exhibitor’s reader, you’ll receive all the information you need about the exhibitor, and the exhibitor will receive your contact details that you provided when registering for the fair. The exhibitor can also scan your name badge with their phone to stay in touch after the fair.
Recycling
We kindly ask for assistance with recycling during the fair. Dispose of waste in properly labeled containers where we separate plastic, paper, cardboard, and food waste separately. Please do not leave any trash in the conference rooms.
Travel & accommodation
Whenever possible, please travel collectively or cycle/walk to Malmömässan, the nearest train station is Hyllie. If you need to travel by car, please carpool. Consider selecting a hotel within walking distance if possible.
